My passion for music started at an early age with my grandmother introducing me to the rich sounds of the piano. I completed a B.Mus degree at the University of Pretoria as well as Teacher’s Licentiates in Piano from Trinity College of London and the University of South Africa and am an accredited member of the Music Teacher’s Association of Western Australia. I have more than 20 years’ experience teaching piano in South Africa, Zimbabwe, the U.S and Australia. One of the best things about music is playing with others - I have extensive experience accompanying choirs and instrumentalists/vocalist and play keys in my church worship team. After many years of playing music written by others, I have recently started writing songs too. Currently I am teaching piano at Lake Joondalup Baptist College and Northshore Christian Grammar School in addition to my home studio in Yanchep.

My aim is always to develop confident, independent musicians and KiddyKeys is the perfect program to start that journey for 3-5year olds. It develops solid piano skills as well as all the gross motor and social skills needed for little stars in a fun and engaging way. KiddyKeys classes are offered at my home in Yanchep as well as at Northshore Christian Grammar School. Groups are capped at 4 students each.
